Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the book or product you receive, you have 10 days to reach out via email to start the return process. (Please do not send your purchase back without first reaching out.) Books are not typically eligible for returns unless under very specific conditions. These conditions are limited to; items damaged during shipment and items not matching product description. All other items must be unused and in the exact same condition you received it. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with information on when to expect the refund.

Exchanges

Typically I only have one copy of each item (some exceptions apply) therefore an exact exchange is usually impossible. In this instance an exchange of equal or lesser value would be acceptable, or a full refund to the original payment method.
